2D CAD [Two-Dimensional Computer Aided Design]

I use Autosketch (by Autodesk, the manufacturer and distributor of AutoCad) and TurboCAD Deluxe by IMSI Design. If you’re planning property extensions or alterations and looking for a measure-up, dimension-accurate representations for trade quotes, particularly floor plans, or simply for your own use to help you visualise what changes will look like, I’d be happy to see what I can do for you.

Output can be in .dwg format (a CAD file), JPEG (as photos to view on your computer monitor), or Adobe PDF (viewable in Acrobat Reader). If you download the PDF example from HERE (Example 2D CAD folder) and play about with the “view” options, especially the magnification settings in Acrobat / Acrobat Reader, it will give you an idea what is possible.

If you are familiar with other CAD (output) formats and have a different requirement, please say and I’ll try and accommodate you. Whether the output ‘print size’ is A0, A1, A2, A3 or A4, the on-screen PDF's can be ‘zoomed in to’ up to sixteen times magnification whilst maintaining sharp lines for excellent clarity. Finished work can always be sent off to a third party Internet plot-printer if you require hard (paper) copies up to A0 size. See paper sizes HERE

If there is anything else with regard to these specific types of CAD programs you think I may be able to help you with please feel free to drop me a line.
